We have allocated a budget for your travel expenses as follows:

€150 for the UK (out of London)
€500 for Europe

A visa is required to enter the UK. Please make sure to obtain your visa in advance.

You will receive a form to complete for your post-event reimbursement. For organizational purposes, please send us your travel details in advance..
We will proceed to your refund by bank transfer within 4 weeks, on a 150€ basis for UK and 500€ for Europe. If you use your personal vehicle, the allowances of refund will be calculated on a standard kilometers referral.
