We have allocated a budget for your travel expenses as follows:

€150 for the UK
€500 for Europe

For organizational purposes and because the flight ticket prices evolve really quickly, we kindly ask you to confirm your acceptance of our travel proposal by Friday, December 12th. If we do not receive your confirmation by then, we will invite you to book your tickets on your own, which we will reimburse post event based on the amounts stated above.

We will proceed to your refund by bank transfer within 4 weeks, on a 150€ basis for UK and 500€ for Europe. If you use your personal vehicle, the allowances of refund will be calculated on a standard kilometers referral.
