- Declaro y garantizo que la empresa COM&CO EVENTS y/o la empresa MEDISTREAM PRODUCTIONS podrán utilizar libremente, con fines relacionados con el Evento, la(s) imagen(es) que les haya proporcionado directamente o cuya utilización haya validado / Declare and warrant that the company COM&CO EVENTS and/or the company MEDISTREAM PRODUCTIONS may freely use, for the purpose of the Event, picture(s) of my image that I have directly provided or validated.
- Declaro que soy titular de todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre la Presentación necesarios para la validez de la presente autorización / Declare that I hold all intellectual property rights pertaining to the Presentation necessary for the validity of this authorization.
- Autorizo a la empresa COM&CO EVENTS a difundir, reproducir y/o representar, total o parcialmente, la Presentación, por cualquier medio de explotación y en cualquier soporte, conocido o que pueda desarrollarse en el futuro, con el fin de comunicar y promocionar a COM&CO EVENTS y el Evento / Authorize the company COM&CO EVENTS to broadcast, reproduce and/or represent all or part of the Presentation, by any means of use and on any medium known and unknown to this day, to communicate about the company COM&CO EVENTS and the Event.
- Acepto que la Presentación pueda ser utilizada en todo el mundo, desde la fecha de firma de la presente autorización y durante toda la duración legal de los derechos de autor conforme a la normativa vigente en cada país correspondiente / Agree that the Presentation may be used worldwide, from the date of signature of this authorization and for the legal duration of copyright according to the rules in force in each relevant country.
- Reconozco expresamente que esta autorización se concede de forma gratuita y me comprometo a no solicitar ni reclamar compensación o remuneración alguna por la utilización de la Presentación / Expressly acknowledge that this authorization is free of charge and undertake not to ask for and/or claim any compensation for the use of the Presentation.
- Autorizo, a los efectos de la presente autorización, que la totalidad o parte de mis datos personales (tratamiento, nombre, apellidos y profesión) sean mencionados en el marco de la reproducción y difusión de la Presentación / Agree, for the purpose of this authorization, that all or part of my personal data (title, first name, last name and profession) are mentioned within the framework of the reproduction and diffusion/broadcasting of the Presentation.
- Reconozco que la empresa COM&CO EVENTS velará por que los subtítulos, comentarios o cualquier otro texto que pueda acompañar la reproducción y/o representación, total o parcial, de la Presentación, en las condiciones establecidas en la presente autorización, no perjudiquen mi imagen, reputación, dignidad ni mi vida privada / Acknowledge that the company COM&CO EVENTS will ensure that captions and commentaries that may be provided with the complete and/or partial reproduction and representation of the Presentation in the conditions hereinabove will not damage my image, reputation, dignity and/or privacy.
